The Delray Beach Market has been open in Miami since April, and the 150,000 square foot lifestyle concept has a 25-vendor food hall and event space that customers can buy out for events of up to 50 guests. They can host large gatherings (up to 2,000 guests but no less than 100). Their full chef’s kitchen with full audiovisual capabilities makes entertainment and eating easy!
The Oasis in Wynwood includes an indoor and outdoor event space with a 35,000 square foot courtyard that consists of a stage, private dining room, and green room space. There are weekly live performances, art events, retail pop-ups, and more.
Superblue Miami is a 50,000 square foot industrial space that has been transformed into a cultural resource. Thousands of square footage for flexible installations, many large-scale interactive works, and an outdoor cafe with eco-friendly dishware make it a beautiful year-round event space in Miami!
The Goodtime Hotel is of the acclaimed Groot Hospitality’s David Grutman and famous musician and entrepreneur Pharrell Willaims. The hotel is a lifestyle venture, open since April. The space includes 266 rooms and 100,000 square feet of public space. Decked out in floor to ceiling tropical Art Deco aesthetics, the hotel features numerous food and beverage concepts, a 30,000 square foot pool club, a restaurant and cocktail bar, and ground-floor retail space.
