The Continuum South Beach offers residents with a variety of luxurious amenities and incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean and coastline, Fisher Island, and Port of Miami.

The Continuum is made up of two towers that are resort style, which includes large acres of beautiful lawns, a gym and spa that are four stories, three tennis courts, two pools that are lagoon styled, and an open air restaurant. The towers are located on the southernmost 1,000 feet of Miami Beach’s waterfront and borders South Pointe Park. South Pointe Park is half beach and half park which is very kid friendly with playgrounds and a small water play park.

To give you a background on these properties, construction  on Continuum South Tower was completed in 2001 by developer, Bruce Eichner. This tower is 40 stories tall and features 318 units with 1,2,3,4,5, and 6 bedroom floor plans, which also includes townhouses. The South tower is also where the community’s fitness center is located with a spa known as the Sporting Club.

The 4 story health club and spa include an olympic gym and professionally hosted exercise classes. The spas include saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs and cold plunges. There is also a men’s and women’s relaxation lounge, a shower facility and vanity amenities.

The second tower was completed in 2008 and the Continuum North Tower stands 37 stories and has 203 units with 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom units which also includes townhouses and lofts. Currently, many of the units in both towers have either been renovated or combined. Also, both towers feature poolside cabanas that can be purchased by unit owners.
