Cibo Wine Bar Set to Open at the Continuum South Beach

On Thursday, December 11th, Cibo Wine Bar opened its doors at the luxurious Continuum South Beach. This is the second installment of Cibo WIne Bar in Miami, as it has a location in Coral Gables on Miracle Mile that opened in October 2011 and continues to enjoy great success.

Cibo at the Continuum offers a space of 12,000 square feet of indoor dining. Cibo also includes a 6,000 square foot patio, with amazing Italian craft beer, and a special beer custom crafted for Cibo by Due South.

Cibo specializes in authentic Italian food, in fact, the word “cibo”, means food in Italian. The kitchen at Cibo is expertly led by chef Massimo Giannattasio, who cooks everything to order. Plus, the pastas at Chibo are made fresh in-house and the pizzas are made to order. At this Italian spot, even the cannolis are stuffed only when they are ordered, assuring that one can enjoy them at their peak of deliciousness.

The restaurant includes a bar with an incredible full menu, a dining room with a wine room, and an outdoor patio with about a dozen craft beers on draft and an even wider selection on bottles.
